I'm just e-mailing to say hello and tell you how much fun i had this past weekend at Teen Idol! It was seriously one of the greatest and most fun experiences I've had. I learned so much, and I have found a new confidence in myself, no matter that I didn't make the finals! Thank you for that, it was so much fun and I'll come back next year. Also, it was so awesome seeing you again! I remember you and Mr. O so clearly from Studio Stars when I was ten or eleven. Studio Stars really sparked my love for performing and a lot of times when I've practiced for an upcoming show I've found myself thinking back to you guys and just smiling. You taught me a lot at such a young age, so part of me always thought that I hadn't seen the last of you. Boy, was I right! It really was great seeing you again, and I hope to see you again soon!! Have an awesome rest of the summer
Love,

Carmen,
Just wanted to say thanks for everything. Much of Jamie's success in the competition was due to your tutelage. You have a reason to be proud of your student and the production you put on in Long Branch. The competition was a definite improvement over the last, and that's saying much because the last was also very well done. Much success next year and going forward. There was some excellent talent there this year. You should have some great video footage for advertizing next year. Even though Jamie can't compete, you know I'll be there for you if you need anything next year. I think the sky's the limit with this thing and wish you all the best. I ju st wanted to take the time to let you know your hard work doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. If you have contact with the other people involved that volunteered; let them know it was a pleasure to work with them and my congratulations to all.
Thanks Again,
Joe Gaita
Dear Mr. Carmen Jon,
Thank you so much for allowing Matt Arce a chance to participate in the H.S. Teen Idol program.
Matthew had a such a great time.
I enjoyed the mother and son time down in Long Branch.
Matthew and I did not expect this and we certainly did not expect to make thru the semi finals.
I cried when I saw him performing, because I imagined how hard it must be to be up on stage in front of so many unfamiliar faces .
He was happy to participate and I was glad to be there for him.
Again, thank you and keep up the good work
Respectfully,
Ivette Maldonado-Mora and Matthew Arce (Elmwood Park)
Dear Mr. Carmen Jon,
("the man with the golden voice")
Thank you so much for all of the time and dedication you have put into the NHSCA High School Teen Idol. Your passion really comes through. My dream is to someday have a career like you. Thank you for your part in making the first step of my dreams come true. You have truly inspired me and I cannot wait to record. I enjoyed the 3-day seminars given (my favorite being Blake Althen) and it helped me greatly in the competition. I have been in touch with Miss USO, Janet Brown and also I just emailed Mr. Bobby Colletti about the recording process etc. I was wondering if you have any advice for me to carry with me for the rest of my career and just plain old life. Please let me know of any details and I cannot wait to let all my friends know about NHSCA Idol so they can audition next year! Once again, thank you for your inspiration and love for the arts.
Fondly,
John Geraghty
Dear Mr. Jon,
Just want to take a moment to thank you and all the staff for the truly amazing
event you guys put on this weekend. Chris and I received a tremendous amount of
information out of your seminars, and the experience you provided to Chris was
one he'll never forget! Chris sings and competes in a chorus and that was the
first time he performed by himself with a mike in his hand. He's got work to
do, but now he knows what being a performing artist entails. I can't THANK YOU
and your organization enough for providing my son, as well as other aspiring
teens, this very relevant and invaluable experience!
Wondering if we can purchase the performances or the DVD when finalized. Would
love to have Chris' performance as well as the other teens that performed...
Thanks again!!!
Jon,
This is the Okie girls dad? I teach and coach high school wrestling in Lawton, Ok. I would really like to see something in reference to the competition and the results.
I wish I could have gone but couldn’t make the trip. My wife said she and my daughter really enjoyed it. I think Sam has what it takes. She played right field on a state championship softball team just a year ago. Not long after that she was involved in a serious car accident and hurt her back. She was unable to play ball this
year and focused on what she really loves to do – sing. Thanks for providing such an opportunity for such a special girl.

Dear Mr. Jon,
Greetings. Attached is a letter Mr. Colletti wanted me to CC you on, which we
sent to 3R Associates to thank them for their sponsorship to the National High
School Teen Idol competition. We are most grateful for the opportunity you and
your associates gave to our children. Most of the competitions my daughter
Tatiana has attended in the past have been all about making money, but the
National High School Teen Idol competition is all about the kids and educating
them about the music industry, and for that we are forever in your debt.
