Hi Alicia,
This was my first year working with the NHS Teen Idol event in Secaucus, NJ. I had the pleasure of teaching the teens a segment on songwriting as well as judge the competition. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the weekend. It was very rewarding to be a part of developing some of the brightest young talent from our area. The Teen Idol staff does an amazing job of creating a real learning environment that challenges the kids but also inspires them to work hard and not give up. I'm already looking so forward to next year's event!!

Hi Alicia,
I have some bad news. Unfortunately, something with my family came up this weekend and I am unable to participate in this years teen idol competition. Although I cannot compete, I really hope this year's competition is a huge success and honestly, I know it will be.
